My audio trainings are basically 'meditation plus': They combine deep relaxation with effortless mental training. You will reach a similar state of deep relaxation as experienced meditators do. My audios reduce stress-related beta (13-30 Hz) waves that are associated with overthinking, rumination, and anxiety. But you will get into this neural state much easier because all you have to do is listen. And while you are enjoying increased alpha (8-12Hz) and theta (4-8 Hx) brainwave activity, you will benefit from carefully calibrated and completely effortless subliminal training.
My audio trainings address specific challenges with which we tend to wrestle when we are exhausted, stressed, and burnt-out. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Only listen to these audio trainings when you can fully and safely relax completely and never while you are driving. These audio trainings work best when you can close your eyes. Use headphones if you can, it really enhances the experience. Listen to your audio once a day for a few days and then whenever you need to.
